I would also like to remind you, pets are not allowed in any apartments. Whatever is, we can hear it.
We sacrifice David on the altar in the basement at midnight on Friday.
Tea and biscuits will be served afterwards.

Found it funny to read this today. We watched the Spielberg film, “*batteries not included” yesterday afternoon (which to those who don’t know, is a film about an apparently much more pleasant group of apartment tenants than these).
