Bot Chipped

Brass Ep. 65

They’d seen nothing but sand for seven hours. So, when Iron spotted a shine of metal up ahead she slowed down for a look.

They stopped next to the object and Copper leaned out of the window. A wrecked robot laid on the sand with its legs dipping beneath the surface. It looked like it had been attacked with at least fifty computer CPUs. “That’s a death that would have megahertz,” observed Copper.

Iron chuckled and Copper sighed. A clunk into first gear and they continued West.

Do you want to know what wouldn’t megahertz? A t-shirt being thrown at you. The great thing is, we’ve got a Threadless store filled with t-shirts, tanks and hoodies! None of which would ever-hertz!

  1. I’m really glad I finally decided to brave the eerie imagery of your blog to read your words as well – I love your sense of humor. That poor robot though… with 50 CPUs at once, do you think it was even able to process all that pain? ;p

  2. L’lFears — I wanna like some comments — why can’t I?

That robot just peta-flopped onto its back.
Dear Sir, Cuts don’t damage me at all.
I guess that robot won’t be making his high school E-Prom.

    1. Hah, very good, Anony! 😛

Comment likes were affected by the Jetpack 7.2 update on this site. I had to wholesale turn them all off until I figured out the issue. The troubles of using an outdated theme. Sniff
